Created in Partnership with YMCA of the USA, The Heroic Journey SEL & Mental Health is geared for students in grades 2-6.

 

It includes:

 

• Introductory training videos for educators

• 21 evidence-based tools created by psychologists and acclaimed educators

• 21 videos for students

• 21 corresponding videos for parents 

• 21 training videos for educators + special topic videos

• Group activities, including physical exercise, art, reading, sharing circle scripts, and dramatic play  

• Individual exercises
